Body Type Guide

This page is to provide you with a guide to determine your own personal body type. Knowing your body type can assist you in making smarter decisions in regards to the types of shapes, lengths, prints, and colors that work best for you. It is important that you take note of your body type as I may at times refer to this guide when making suggestions for wardrobe building. If you are unsure about your body type please feel free to contact me for assistance. And remember whether you're a size 2 or 22 anyone can fall into either of the body types below.



Hour Glass: Curvy in all of the right places, this body shape tends to have a smaller waist line with a full bust, bottom, and hips.


Circle: This body type is comprised of smaller shoulders and hips. They also tend to have slender legs and buttox and carries most of their weight in the mid-section.


Triangle: Comprised of a shapely bottom, smaller waistline, and smaller shoulders. Tends to be fuller on bottom than on top.


Ruler: Women with this body type tend to have just a tiny bit of curve in the hips, a straight torso, and shoulders that align with the torso. Also referred to as a more athletic build.

Inverted Triangle: This body type is generally athletic and strong. Broadest part of the body is the chest and shoulders. The torso and waist tend to be tighter.
